- Trained Cleaning Professionals: We will send our skilled and trained cleaning professionals on the specified date(s), equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuums, to deliver a thorough and efficient cleaning.
- Quality Cleaning with Checklists: We maintain high standards of cleanliness by using detailed checklists for all our cleanings. This ensures that every aspect of your home is cleaned to our exacting standards.
Background Checked Cleaners: We prioritize the safety and security of our clients. Therefore, all our cleaners undergo thorough background checks before being employed by Ultramodern Clean. You can have peace of mind knowing that trustworthy and reliable professionals will be providing our cleaning services.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you also agree to the following:
- Making Your Home Accessible: To provide our services efficiently, we request that you make your home accessible to our cleaning professionals. While providing us with a key is the preferred method, it is not mandatory. Please note that if we are unable to access your home, a fee may be charged.
- Alarm Systems: We kindly request that you turn off your alarm systems during our cleaning visits. If you choose to leave the alarm armed, we cannot be held responsible for any false alarms or misuse of the system.
- Ready for Cleaning: To ensure the smooth execution of our cleaning services, we kindly ask that you have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned. If our cleaners require additional time due to your home not being prepared, an hourly charge may be incurred. If there is no available time to complete the cleaning, we reserve the right to deny service and initiate a 50% fee for the scheduled cleaning.
- Responsibility for Valuables: While we make every effort to handle your belongings with care, accidents can occur. If you request us to clean delicate items or use your own equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of service, and after 30 days, the customer assumes liability.
- Limited Liability: Ultramodern Clean cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by faulty or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
- Rate Reevaluation: To meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction, Ultramodern Clean reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time.
- Changes to Service: If you request changes to the service that differ from the original estimate, additional charges may be billed, or a new estimate may be required.
- 2-Hour Booking Window: We operate with a 2-hour booking window to allow for traffic and unexpected events. If your booking is scheduled for 9 am, please be prepared for our arrival between 9 am and 11 am.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning for any reason, please contact Ultramodern Clean within 24 hours to allow us to rectify the issue. We do not offer refunds but will gladly return to fix any tasks that were not completed to your satisfaction.
- Exclusions: Our cleaning professionals do not clean animal/human feces or bodily fluids under any circumstances.
Payment Options and Policies:
- We accept credit and debit cards.
- A card on file is required to confirm your booking date and time.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Lockout Policy:
- We require 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of your typical cleaning rate.
- If our cleaning professionals are locked out of a property, a 50% fee of your typical cleaning rate will be charged. Our professionals will wait for 15 minutes to allow you to unlock the property.
Photography for Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction:
At Ultramodern Clean, we believe in providing exceptional cleaning services and maintaining the highest standards of quality. To ensure accountability and client satisfaction, we may take before and after photos of our work. These photos serve multiple purposes:
- Quality Assurance: By capturing images before and after each cleaning session, we can assess the effectiveness of our cleaning processes. These photos allow us to maintain consistency and continuously improve our services, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of cleanliness.
- Proof of Work: The before and after photos act as tangible evidence of the thoroughness and attention to detail exhibited by our cleaning professionals. In the event of any concerns or discrepancies, these images help us address and resolve any issues promptly and accurately.
- Training and Professional Development: The photos are invaluable tools for training our cleaning staff. They serve as visual references, allowing us to demonstrate the expected outcomes and maintain uniformity in our cleaning procedures. This ultimately contributes to the ongoing professional development of our team members.
- Promotional Purposes: We may utilize select before and after photos for promotional materials, such as our website, social media platforms, or marketing campaigns. These images showcase the transformative impact of our cleaning services and provide potential clients with a glimpse of the exceptional results they can expect from Ultramodern Clean.
We respect our clients' privacy and understand that not everyone may be comfortable with their property's images being used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for any photos to be taken or used, kindly inform us, and we will ensure that your preferences are respected.
