This allows us to be adequately prepared and deliver our cleaning service efficiently. If you have a specific time requirement, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For safety reasons, there are certain limitations to the services we provide. We are unable to clean areas that require climbing ladders, handle waste removal, address black mold, perform deep stain removal, clean up blood or feces, handle pest removal, or lift heavy items. These tasks often require specialized expertise or pose potential health and safety risks. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our team and clients.
Currently, our cleaning services do not include organizing. We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to organize your important items and papers, as well as tidy up the space before our arrival. By doing so, you enable our cleaning team to work more efficiently and effectively, focusing on the cleaning tasks at hand. We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.
If you cancel before 48 hours, you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, there is a $50 fee.
Nope! We highly recommend scheduling the cleaning session when no one is home, as it allows us to maintain maximum efficiency. However, we understand that some clients may prefer to be present during the cleaning process for personal comfort or other reasons. If you choose to stay home, we kindly request that you remain in a different room while our team performs the cleaning tasks. This ensures a smooth workflow and allows our cleaners to work without interruptions. Your cooperation in creating a conducive environment for efficient cleaning is greatly appreciated.
